Philippe Erard, who holds a Master degree in Economics from the Business Administration School of the University of Lausanne (1971), was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of listed NYSE companies in the industry and services sectors during his many years living across the Atlantic. He carried out mandates for various governing and strategic boards in international companies including most notably at Corimon in Venezuela (1982-1998), Zurich Financial Group (1990-2002) and Terranova (1996-2003), and in the United States for the Latin American Advisory Council of General Electric (1994-2000). In 2004 he became a partner and, in 2006, Director of Top Fifty SA, a company based in Zug, Switzerland, specializing in executive interim management services.

Swiss, 1949 Philippe Crottaz has been a public notary (“notaire”) in Vevey since 1976. He has a diploma and a science diploma from the cantonal Gymnasium of Lausanne. After having attended the Business Administration and Law faculty at the University of Lausanne, he completed an internship at a notary practice in Vevey. He obtained his certificate of capacity and notary license in 1976. He served as city councilor (“conseiller communal”) in Vevey for 17 years and as a parliamentary representative in Canton Vaud from 1990 to 1997. |

Swiss, 1971 Marc-Henri Beausirebenefits from an extensive background in the financial sector. He worked with the Crédit Suisse Group from 1991 to 1999 where he took part in a two-year training program which took him to different departments throughout Switzerland and allowed him to focus on various aspects of the banking business. Later, as an independent entrepreneur, and in addition to consulting mandates (Foncia, listed company in France and Fiducial SA), he was one of the founders of the Hazard Group. He has been CEO of Airesis since 1 August 2006.

Gilles Robert-Nicoud has a law degree from the University of Lausanne (1994) and has been a member of the bar since 1998. He began his career in the banking sector as an internal consultant with UBS Private Banking in Geneva. Afterwards he joined the law firm of Python, Schifferli, Peter & Associates in Geneva and Pully. In 2000 he went to work with the law firm of Chaudet, Bovay, Wyler and Mustaki in Lausanne where he became a partner in 2004. His specialty is in commercial and corporate law.

Swiss, 1949 After his doctorate in Economics from the University of St Gallen (1980) Urs Linsi began his career as auditor at Arthur Andersen and joined Credit Suisse where he held the position of Head of leasing group. He was then appointed CFO for the FIFA from 1999 to 2002 and General Secretary until 2007, in charge of competitions organization and the conclusion of various TV and marketing contracts, among other missions. At the end of his mandate he launched his own management consulting company. |
